Vector

According to studies, almost 65-70% of adult patients visiting dentists complain of, among other things, bleeding from the gums while eating and brushing teeth, pain, itching and swelling of gums, loose teeth in varying degrees, and disagreeable mouth odor. All these are symptoms of an insidious and dangerous disease-periodontitis. Periodontitis is almost always chronic, making it especially annoying for patients. Consequences of the disease include the destruction of bone that surrounds teeth. Such a tooth (an affected tooth) looses support and begins to move, at first barely discernibly, in time evermore. Loss of the tooth, often whole and unaffected by caries, constitutes the tragic finale. In addition, periodontitis most often has a generalized character and affects all teeth at once…

Many years of research by dentists throughout the world in finding an effective and painless method of treating periodontitis led to the creation, by German dentists and engineers, of the Vector method, which in a short period of time has proliferated across the globe due to its wonderful results. The method combines the well-known method of utilizing ultra-sonic energy with the hydro-dynamic action of a special suspension of a medical preparation with hydroxylapatite particles.

Use of the Vector method removes inflammatory processes, lowers the depth of pathological tooth-gum pockets, and fixes gums to root cementum. Consecutive treatments can even result in the renewal of lost bone tissue.

All patients agree that treatment using the Vector method causes a minimum of discomfort and feelings of pain in comparison to hand instruments and traditional ultra-sonic systems, causing them to enthusiastically return for successive (supportive) treatments.
